John Paul Abda, Esquire
Attorney Abda has vast experience in both civil and criminal law. During his undergraduate career, John Paul served as an intern at the Lackawanna County District Attorney's Office and the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas. Once enrolled in law school, Attorney Abda served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Thomas J. Munley in Scranton, PA. Additionally, John Paul worked as a Law Clerk at a large insurance defense firm in Philadelphia where he gained experience dealing with complex civil litigation.
Attorney Abda received his Bachelor's Degree from West Virginia University with a Double Major in Psychology and Philosophy, and a Minor in Law and Legal Studies. After graduation, Attorney Abda attended Duquesne University School of Law where he served as a Feature Editor on Duquesne Law's Jurist Magazine. Additionally, John Paul participated in the Federal Litigation Clinic, where he gained valuable experience navigating through complex pretrial phases in Federal District Court.

After graduating from the Duquesne, Attorney Abda passed the Pennsylvania Bar Exam on his first attempt and has been practicing in Northeastern Pennsylvania ever since. Attorney Abda is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
